Each film can generate value across multiple rights and channels, including theatrical box office, OTT and streaming, satellite and television, music, international distribution, dubbing, remakes, sequels, merchandising and gaming.

These underlying economic rights form the asset base behind the fund units, which CineNow intends to tokenise to create a more flexible and potentially tradable form of participation.
The objective is not to tokenise the film itself, but to create tokenised fund units supported by a diversified portfolio of underlying film IP and its associated economic rights.
Issuance is targeted for late 2027, subject to regulatory approvals.
